Can't wait for Magpul to come out with a stock for that ruger PCC.

Good job on Ruger for the MLok Hand-rail.

That would be great! As someone who's been hunting for a modern-day M1 Carbine equivalent (i.e. a pistol caliber carbine with a wood stock):
https://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/....php?t=1484880

A wood-stocked PCC might be just the ticket.

As I said in my other thread, if Ruger is savvy (and they seem to be listening to consumers/swallowing their pride [e.g. not insisting on proprietary mags]), then they'll make the PCC in every flavor imaginable (just like the 10/22):
- multiple calibers: 9mm, 40SW, 45ACP, and yes, 10mm
- multiple barrels: pencil, bull, target, etc
- multiple stocks: wood, Magpul Hunter/Backpacker versions, thumbhole, etc
- multiple configurations: takedown vs. non-takedown, maybe a "lite" version that's not as overbuilt/heavy

The PCC price will drop heavily with time. Bought my PCC for $389 brand new in December, the handguard doesn't justify $200+ price differential

Here's another company selling a M-LOK handguard for the PCC for $150:

How does this vary from the heritage ruff rider?

I doubt anyone has handled one of these but I can tell you from personal ownership that the RR's are pieces of sh1t. I bought it because a 9" barrel looks hilarious and it was dirt cheap ( I think $150?). Ruger has traditionally had extremely durable and well finished tanks for revolvers. I imagine this might be much less durable than most ruger revolvers but I imagine it will still be much better than the RR.

DisturbedAle
Edit: What makes you think that?

What makes me think the price will drop or the handguard isn't worth $200+??

Because mass production guns don't increase in retail price the longer they are on the market, and they already make PCC handguards less than $150. A standard PCC sells for nearly $200 less than when first introduced. When there is a strong buzz over something new to the market, the manufacturer doesn't drop their shorts and leave money on the table. By thx giving the new PCC will be on special for $450+/-

PCC in 10mm needs to happen. That would be a nice round to have for pistol and carbine.

I have a Marlin Camp 9 and the mag-well also looks stupid with extended magazines. The original mags fit flush to the magwell and look much better. On the plus side, it is easier to remove the mag if it sticks out a little.

parkermountainmachine is a bad company to me.
Their PS90 quick detach mount broke and they refuse to exchange.
I will not trust anything they sell.

I believe the Bearcat has an investment cast steel frame. But you're not wrong: steel is an alloy of iron, carbon and other elements.

Yeah its not fair to compare it to the bearcat.. which is a smaller frame. The Wrangler is based off the single six.
