Default Arm brace ban coming in a few weeks?

Thereís been some talk over at ARFCOM thatís thereís an arm brace ban coming in the next couple of weeks and that the ATF is going to reclassify them as SBRs. How would this affect us here in California with people who registered their BB AR Pistols with braces? Would this open up the opportunity to get an SBR tax stamp?

I donít know if Iím allowed to post a link to the ARFCOM thread, but itís on their main page.

If ATF reverses course, again, you will own a perfectly useless arm brace. I would put your probability of getting an SBR tax stamp in CA at 0.000000000000%. Given the number of crimes and mass shootings that have involved AR pistols, this is just another feel good measure.

Nah, no one cares, didn’t make enough media fury. No basis for any ban.

California doesn't allow SBR's, it doesn't matter that the Feds allow SBR's in Free America because they allow that now.
