ANyone use The Recycled Firefighters EDC Belt?
I've been looking for an inexpensive EDC belt and have been thinking about this one:
https://recycledfirefighter.com/coll...ducts/edc-belt On sale for only $29. The thing that peaks my interest it being thin and the Cinch buckle. Since my weight is always fluctuating, normal belts with fixed holes can be uncomfortable when trying to carry. Either to tight or not tight enough. Anyone have any experience with these belts? Do they hold up? Let me know your thoughts. |

Many belts are made from the same material. They scream gun belt
If you want a nice option - add a cobra buckle

I haven't tucked in my shirts in years so no concern if it "screams gun belt". No one will see my belt unless I'm pulling up my shirt to access my gun anyway. With this being said, anyone have any experience with these kind of belts? Do they hold up or fold over after some usage? I've read reviews on some other sites who complained of some leather belts needing to be replaced after a year or so of daily wear. Seems some of them loose their stiffness where the holster is worn and hence the "fold over". |

I don't have any experience with those belts. But I can tell you after wearing a cinch type buckle (Ares Gear Aegis Enhanced belt), I will never go back to traditional holes in leather...that never seem to be in the place that I need them to be. YMMV.

I think they're the best kept secret of EDC belts. Last month they were running a 50% off promo, so I picked up 2. Both arrived 2 days ago and I've been able to wear one for 1 full day so far. They fully met my expectations.
I was in the market for a slim belt with slim buckle, and with quick infinite adjustment. It checks all the boxes. Before settling on this belt I was coming from a Crossbreed Crossover belt with Ares Aegis Buckle and a Brown Coat Tactical EDC belt with Raptor Buckle. I love the Crossbreed w/ Ares buckle for what it is, but the buckles size slowly became an annoyance to me. I'll probably be selling the crossbreed belt soon. I would have stayed with the Brown Coat Tactical EDC belt w/ Raptor buckle, but the Raptor buckle won't thread through the belt loops of half my pants. So, I think they would be an excellent buy, and even better with a discount. Btw, if I never found this belt, I would have picked up a Siguera belt. |

I've been eyeballing this thread from the beginning, I may just grab one. I've been using a similar Uncle Mike's belt, but with Velcro, and it only cost about $20. It holds my Glock 26 and spare mag(s) up against my body without a problem, it's nice and rigid, solid belt really. The Velcro, though, has been tearing up my belt loops, so something without Velcro would be cool, and for $30, seems worth a try. This seems like a good rigid belt at nearly the same price, minus the Velcro and tacticool brand name that automatically gets a 2X in price.
