Default Does current military ID correct FLA ID's when buying a gun?

I know in the official FAQ, it lists passport, birth certificate, green card etc as a corrective document, but doesn't say anything about the military.

It's my (possibly incorrect) understanding that you have to either be a citizen or permanent resident to join the military. If this is the case, shouldn't proof you're in the military technically satisfy the requirement since you can't get that proof without meeting the specifically listed criteria?

If it is not on the list doj won't accept it. Do not try to use logic.

Foreign nationals can be issued CAC cards when on assignment, so no.
