B&T GHM9 reconfigured for California customer?

Does Atlantic Firearms reconfigure pistols like the GHM9 into carbines for California customers? I’ve seen other vendors reconfigure a B&T APC223 pistol into a carbine with a new engraved serial number and the necessary hardware for California customers? Can Atlantic do this?
