Is there a section where leo is only selling to leo without the super high price increase.

Is that a CG FORUM rule of LEO selling off roster to LEO only? I thought LE could sell (once in a blue moon and not regularly) used off roster handguns to non sworn still. No?

Yes, we can still sell to non-sworn. I think it’s just a “be on the safe side” thing, and sometimes people don’t want to block mags and all that.

I don’t think it’s a CG rule either.

No rule, just like said above about less hassle etc.

But do note that Tier 2 and Tier 3 state LEOs can only sell to other LEOs IIRC. Tier 1 can sell to anyone (LEO or non-LEO).

Please also note that our forums are probably monitored.

There are many restricted items that are lawful for a LEO to sell to another LEO, but are unlawful to offer for sale, even to another LEO.

Yeah, I know that it don't make no sense, but it's what the law provides for.

I've seen it in here. Not sure it's entirely within the rules, but my thought is it fits the purpose of this subgroup.

You know as a LEO you can buy a brand new Glock 43X at Turners for $499.99. Or go to a Blue Label Dealer and get a better deal.

But as a LEO I would rather go PPT and get $2000 for my used Glock 43X.

But unfortunately before I retired I only had the Glock 19 Gen 3.
