Default Glock Mag Stuck in PC9?

So I grab a Glock 19 Mag and Inserted it in My Ruger PC Carbine 9mm and now it won't Release. I have had the PC9 for 8 Months and never taken it to the Range. I DID NOT remove the Magazine Well before hand. Any Ideals? I have the Barrel Off and Tried to Separate the Receiver from the Stock , No go.

Get another mag, look at where the notches are and then stick some kind of shim in between. Maybe like a feeler gauge or something.

Will the floor plate come off of the mag? If so, disassemble the mag, reach inside to push the release.

If he did not change the magwell, then it still has the Ruger magwell and is setup for a Ruger magazine. Looking at another Glock mag probably wont help much. The Ruger SR9 mag has a notch in the front and the Glock mag notch is on the side.

It is possible something else is hanging it up. And I am assuming OP has a PCC not a PC9.

And the receiver should separate from the stock, that is strange. Did you lock the bolt back, remove the barrel and loosen the two receiver retaining bolts completely?

Unlike most metal mags, a Glock mag does not have a through hole for the mag catch, so you cannot access the catch from inside the mag body.

However dumping the guts out of the mag is still not a bad idea.

Call Ruger, I'm sure this is not the first occurrence.
