Seller took my money and never shipped my purchase

I purchased a few mags and since then the guy has been giving me the run around. Is there anything I can do?

Define run around, keep in mind that that vendor is currently in the process of shutting down his business. Shipping may take a bit longer as people flood him with last minute orders. Also how are you reaching out to him? Text? Email? PM? Text is best and due to order amounts its best to include your order number in the message. Ive done business with him several times including once where my order slipped through a crack and wasnt sent out right away, John did a great job and made sure it shipped after I asked about a status update and he found the package in the outgoing area.

Payment made on the 23rd, Set a text on the 27th and received a reply That he will be sending them off the next day on the 28th, Send a text on the 30th With no reply, send a text January 1st, he replied with a tracking information that simply says the post office is waiting for the actual package to be dropped off.

Unfortunately was sent through Venmo there’s nothing they can do about it.

Also, USPS could be backed up. I have a package I've been watching for a few days and the tracking info updated just today.

I reached out to him and he will checkout this thread when he gets home. It sounds like what happened to me also happened to you. In the holiday rush your order was probably packed and then probably misplaced in the process. Again keep in mind that this is not a storefront, its in the process of clearing all inventory, not just Californians are ordering, and it was the holidays during a time when everyone is trying to arm up and prep for general unrest. I have no doubt that GunSupplies will get your order to you.

Its only been 8 day since your post and tracking info given. Personally I would just be patient a bit more. Appears he initiated the tracking label and nye happened, he might have too many orders or partying like a rock star or family emergencies or million of other reasons. One man operation is not like Primary Arms lol. Let us know in few weeks if you don't get them.

Just checked out his profile, didn't know he was a vendor, thought it was just any random account on here that was recently created, page looks legit. As others have said I would give him time, there's many variables that can be causing this backup from: shipping delays, personal reasons such as health issues, and misplacements because they do happen, at the end of the day one is only human.

A really good place to find blocked magazines is VC Defense, if you are anywhere near Thousand Oaks, in eastern Ventura county. They do also have a website.

Could be the holiday mess as well. Some post offices are still struggling to keep up. FedEx is still a mess as well. Very sorry you had a frustrating experience. Most sellers I've delt with have been great. Never really had an issue here on Calguns with anyone.

I have dealt with that vendor on three different occasions, and I have had nothing but excellent results. He will absolutely be the first person to tell you that at times he can be a little bit slow to get things shipped out, but he seems extremely trustworthy and has good communication through the entire process. You may want to try sending him another email and asking him for an update but I have nothing bad to say about the vendor as he has always come through for me

Ditto. I ordered in December - he responded super quick then when I asked for a tracking number in January he said he "shipped" it but I never received the tracking number. Now it's been 2 months. I asked again for a tracking number or a refund and never received a response.

He sent an email saying he was taking the website down but if anyone needed an order to text him. The website was relatively new, he mainly did business here through just sending him a text. I text him if I could place an order a couple of days ago, but I’ve not heard back.

Follow up text on 2/8/22. He replied that he "was hoping to get them out for ya tomorrow"

Checked in on 2/9/22, 2/11/22, 2/14/22. All those messages were ignored.
