so is anyone else bringing an RV or Toy Hauler out there?

This whole bathroom issue is a deal maker/ breaker for me in the terms of staying over night.

Make that one more toyhauler for the overnight. I will also bring plenty of water for the ****ter and shower, Also will bring a buggy for those who want to set targets out further than they care to walk. I think others have mentioned bringing a bbq for carne asada, I will do the same. If you can prove you are a starving student and have eaten top ramen 5 out of the last 10 meals then I will be glad to feed you. My rig sleeps 6-8 but I think the beds are taken but if bunks open up I will post asap. Now all I need is funds for ammo, anyone want to by a Chinese SKS, pm me... deal prices

Bring your swim trunks or go commando for all I care and a bath towel if anyone wants to take a rise off using my outside shower. Highly recommended after a day in 100+ degrees.

Hey so, since this is a two day event....

I was either thinking about leaving the Bay around 3pm during the AK BP up here and drive down there and be there around 10pmish. Problem is, I'm probably going to get lost haha I was reading the directions and once I hit BLM land I am not 100% sure.

Should I come up Sunday Morning instead?

Will there be cell service there? Just incase I need to call someone to find me

Anybody in the Orange County area looking for another person for their carpool? If so, I'd be happy to pitch in for gas.

If you make that drive, NOBODY can complain about how far it is for them!!!! Thats like 14 hrs. of driving, to shoot for 10 hrs. ish? LOL. Out there in the dark, it is dark! No lights etc., but with a clear sky and a bright moon, you should be able to see ok

Drive out and stay in Barstow for the night, then drive over in the early morning. Or if I understand correctly, drive out, get to Barstow and maybe someone can meet you there and guide you in?

Well, I'm bringing my firepit and some firewood, so we'll have the campfire. I know some stories from when I was a Y camp counselor and used to scare the bejeebes out of the kids. Unfortunately, since none of you are 11, I don't think you will fall for them. I don't care for Smores tho, but you can if you want.

I scare pretty easily, but I'll be well-armed.
On a serious note, Ed and I will bring some firewood as well.

You're required to bring as much as you have and then buy some more.

Has anyone done tannerite out there before? I know it's legal to buy and possess...but I gotta think if you make a big enough boom...and the law DID show up...gotta be something they could charge you with...or are they actually cool with it..(hard to believe)

Our group has done tannerite there several times so far. Why wouldn't it be legal? As long as it is mixed and used there (never stored or transported mixed), it should be fine... no?
