Sorry to Thread Jack but:
Since the 1st ammendment has been incorporated (right?), it means that the States and their Local Gov'ts can't make laws that infringe on our 1A rights.......correct? But businesses can do it all they want.....correct? What if you are a State employee?.........could the state tell you that you aren't allowed to say certain things at work?

So what your deal, this is A privately owned forum. You paid nothing for an account and now are threatening a lawsuit in return becasue you have been warned after not following the terms of use? If you go to a restaraunt that is privately owned and are asked to leave because you were excersising your 1st amendment rights do you think that you could win in a lawsuit? I dont. Stop being a dick about something you got for free.

After sitting down with an attorney, its come to a conclusion that this is a public site just like anything else... Because it doesn't require a membership and password to access it and read what have been posted..
