Update.

This time the line will be delimited to only 200yds in length.

The universal rule of First come firstl served will be strongly enforced.

No spots will be reserved at the line prior to the official opener.

Thank you.

I can't imagine I'd have banned you for simply teasing me tho I don't recall the incident you are referring to. If you would pm me the details to refresh my poor memory I'd appreciate it. I'm Jewish an I was a deputy so between being the brunt of Anti-Semitic remarks while growing up and being called pig and other sundry insults as a deputy for 27yrs, I'd like to think I have a pretty thick skin so I am surprised by what you said.

Thank you for your generous offer of the ammo, my grand kids and I will appreciate it. The last 3-4 SSZS, I have gone primarily for the sake of my son and grandsons. Watching them have an all around good time shooting, meeting other kids and having a great time gives me a lot of pleasure and I get to shoot a little to boot; a win, win.

22lr would be most appreciated as I will have 4 rifles and a pistol at the shoot. One or two of the older ones can shoot my handguns, AR, Ak and a few other rifles but the younger ones aren't ready or have the strength to shoot them. They are happy with the .22 guns. Thank
you too for your generous offer.

I'm hoping to buy some bulk reloads in a few handgun calibers and rifle calibers prior to the shoot but so far I haven't had any luck. I contacted Bullet_man via email but he hasn't responded and I noticed he hasn't been on Calguns for a number of months. If anyone has any info about him I'd appreciate it. I hope he didn't go out of business due the Covid restraints on small business done by Newsome.

I think Officially this is number 11 as in eleven.

Mrlonewolf ought to be chiming in shortly regarding proper number.

I know we've had a few smaller meets for planning and reconnaissance etc but not Official.

My wife enjoyed laying in the camper watching firestick movies. There is direct line of sight to the tower and very good Verizon signal. She used her phone as a hotspot.

Update.

For the members asking me if ground zero is suitable to tow our/big rigs in.

Yes, ill be towing mine.

No problem (as far as you stay on solid path) to tow your high 20s, all 30s and up to triple axle 40s.

Does anyone have the name of the people who rent trailers for the event? I am hoping to find one to buy, but I am having a hard time finding one in my budget so I may have to rent.

The flying J off of lenwood also has potable water if you’re looking to fill RV tanks.

There's a tap to fill up a small tank there? I'm trying to save some gas by not hauling gallons of water unnecessarily all the way from Phoenix.

Da! You might have better luck at the Flying J.
Could try and call Peggy Sue and see if you can get a water fill along with some ice.

Nubrun lives out that way so he would know better.

Latest Intel indicates the entire fleet is sold out (once again!!!) and it will be at ground zero as usual.

Update.

First pilgrims ( UT & CA brothers) expected to arrive to ground zero as early as Wednesday.

AZ, NV & CA brothers will be landing at random during Thursday as well.

The universal rule of first come first served will be ( as always ) applied at the "Line".

Please don't ask me to reserve a spot at the line since by principle you know I can't and I will never do.

You should check with Eddie World. It's a big gas station/convenience mart at the I-15 / Yermo Rd exit.

When done it's not far from the SSZS spot.

Flying J in Barstow off Lenwood Road has potable water available for free at the pumps. Just bring your own hose.

Contact lone wolf about the RVs, he knows about that. With the end of the foreclosures/evictions in Ca. I imagine there will be a lot of toys being dumped as people realize they can't keep the RVs, new and newer trucks and cars. They will be desperate to sell so they don't have to live in their vehicle or become homeless. It will become a buyer's market. I intend to buy a 3/4 ton diesel 4x4 so I can pull my RV trailer easier. I won't buy until the prices get down to where they should be. Keep looking on the internet on all the sites that have a Marketplace (don't forget there is one here and it's not all firearm related. Good luck hope to see you out there Brian.
