Impossible stats pulled out of some libs butt. Most firearms aren't registered since this process only started about 30 - 40 years ago. How can you count something you don't know exists. 80 percent lowers. Most guns created before say, 1940 have either no serial number or a number that is duplicated. The gun control act of 68 was the first attempt to change this. Two world wars flooded the planet with firearms that aren't traceable.
