Default Chad Bianco Really helps out at Bee Canyon Clean-Up

Now some of you here might know that I put together the Range Clean-ups at Bee Canyon shooting area ( East of Hemet)

The latest Clean-Up was just Saturday / June 23
Beforehand I reached out thru Facebook to the Person running for the Top Sheriff position in Riverside county ..Chad Bianco

Asked if he might be able to just come out , Visit and maybe talk to a few regular folks during our After Clean-Up 'Lunch Break '

Not only did he reply the next day ,,, He asked ' What do I need to bring to help, Shovels ,Rakes ? " ( I'm already Impressed ! )

Well,, Saturday came and he rolled in right on time ..............
By himself ,,, No Photo Op... No reporters ..No Entourage
Just an ordinary guy coming out to help .................
And He Did ...........The man worked .........He was gett'in a Dirty Hands / sweat dripp'in / Foxtial in you socks ......workout like the rest of us ........

Then , After we got 2 Full canyons ,,,, A small turn-out area
And another Canyons that boarders Bee Canyon that is owned by a local Orange grower,,,,,,,,,
We stopped for lunch and some of the gang had a few questions for him , And he was very responsive and answered plain and simple

After meeting the Man ,,,,, He's seems just like the kind of guy you would like to go Fish'in with ..

Here's a few Pictures :

Was surprised to see Sniff is recommended by the NRA. Did a little research, and this thread, along with a few others here on Cal Guns, seals the deal for me.

100% Bianco!

Was glad to see he won. Still surprised Sniff had an NRA recommendation - it seems Bianco is more 2A friendly than Sniff, although I wouldn't say Sniff is anti-2A in any way.

So glad he won. Sniff, although not specifically against the 2A, he certainly wasn't overly friendly to it. i get it can be tough in a state run by Anti gunners, but the point is most seeking CCW's are decent law abiding people, just the ones that you would want on your side. He was not helping those people protect themselves or their families. Side question, Is this area still shootable?

Since you mentioned that ,,,,,

All the canyons are looking good , until today
The last canyon ( before the grade )
Some jerks already left All their shot up targets ,,hulls everywhere and even dumped some wood closet doors and construction trash

The road is good except for a huge Mud bog in front of the old Double check retreat

Are clean ups usually only Saturdays? I'd like to participate since it's the only shooting spot near me now, thanks to Riverside getting shut down.

How is the canyon looking currently? I've been itching to get out and try out some new guns

Yes, the cleanups are on Saturdays, the Canyon last week was okay ruff road for a car, small import I use my pickup to get in and out with every rain it becomes a little harder to navigate. The Canyons shooting areas are in need of a good clean up but still useable.
