There are so so many SBRs (and SBSes) which are NFA-exempt as C&R
already.

The numbers for SBR or SBS _ALREADY_ are likely over the 200,000 Caetano threshold -
however, the 2016 200K Caetano threshold may well be scaleable down to ~80K (proportional for 1930s
population vs 2016's).

Caution is a good policy presuming a malevolent adversary.

For what its worth, I do *not* pay FPC $30/month, I just donated a few bucks once or twice over the course of the last year or so, and yet I got an email from FPC stating I was in the class.

I just watched this video. I find his argument persuasive. In short, the injunction probably only covers FPC members from before the injunction was issued.
