The crowd comes and goes. Somedays I walk right in, the next day there's a line out into the parking lot and a clipboard up front.
Call ahead and expect things to change before you get there. Lots of people with time on their hands and a lot of the commands on base are minimally staffed. Nice range, friendly folks. Sometimes you can see Natalie behind the counter if she steps on a box of ammo or something.....

crowded and sometimes full of retards with their dates due to proximity to Pendleton.
used to shoot there 2-3 times a week until I got really high blood lead levels. nothing helped except switching ranges. once I had to remind them to turn on their ventilation system. be careful if you shoot indoors frequently. |

Sorry if this is useless, as I'm in San Diego County, but I switched to SDFTC (they went under 2 years ago), then North County Shooting Center (not since the pandemic), and Escondido Fish & Game.
