Default Looking for a Mortgage Broker to be a MLO

Hi all,

I am looking to work with a mortgage broker to be a MLO. I already have my NMLS license. I don't have much experience so I am looking for a reputable company that will teach me the ins and outs.

*Side note - I have my Real Estate Brokers license and I do not want to give that up, so the company would need to okay with me still doing Real Estate on my own.

I appreciate the help. Thank you.

I thought this isnt allowed. I have a RE Salesperson license and was told/read that if I get an MLO I have to work for a broker who is a combined broker, does being a RE broker change that?

Super curious as I also want to snag an MLO license.

Yes, I was with a company previously just as an MLO.
