Surprisingly, for AA, it says that's only a 10% savings. Saving $2.23.

Not sure what I'd do with 100 AA batteries. They would likely go dead before i used them all.

Good value if they last and you go through that many.

Every time I use off brand batteries, they seem to leak like hell. I'd be afraid to buy these.

Thumbs down

I bought a 50 pack last year around Black Friday. They don't seem to last long in my 10+-year-old Cannon Camera. After about 10 pictures with Flash, my camera says the batteries need to be changed. They work the same as Harbor Freight Alkaline batteries.

Really need an Eneloop deal if anyone goes thru that much batteries.

My Eneloops have not leaked at all, and never found a device that really needed 1.5 volts. Everything works well enough at 1.2 volts.

Default AAAs are 18 Cents Each

Thanks OP. I'm down to my last dozen of AAAs so I needed to find a good deal soon.

I found a couple of positive points that helped me decide to buy the Home Depot batteries:

1. The product description says there's a stainless steel cover to reduce rust corrosion. Stainless steel covers are a feature not typically found in low-priced batteries.

2. One of the Customer Reviews (from FrankieG) described his load test and charge retention tests at high and low temps, then compared the results to a popular brand (I assume something high-end like Duracell) and a bulk brand. The numbers show the HDX batteries are as advertised.
