Kisor v. Wilkie and the Chevron Doctrine
I posted this since it can have enormous effect on gun law. SCOTUS has agreed to hear Kisor involving just how far an agency can go in regulate laws delegated to it to enforce. As per existing precedence, agencies have such wide discretion that they effectively unconstitutionally act as law makers; a duty delegated to Congress. I wonder how the decision will affect the power delegated to the Sheriffs that has resulted in different laws depending on which county you happen to live in.
