Shipping Ammo to an Individual Out of California 2023

I have seen threads from 2020 and want to know what the proper procedure is for shipping ammo to a buyer outside of California in 2023? I see all of the laws that apply for transfer within the state but how do I legally ship it to an individual in another state?
