Did a bit of San Diego cleaning and shooting

Took the kids for their first outdoor practice...Haven't done BLM land in years. It was a mess. We filled one 5 gallon can with non-brass casings and half another bucket with brass casings even though I forgot to bring a rake and shovel. We filled the back of our cherokee with concrete blocks, busted up pallets, wood, bottles cans from a couple of sites.... Kids had a blast and it's only 45 mins from our house, they begged to come back with rakes and shovels as well as our truck so we could haul more out. Our 4 yr old stayed home but the 7 and 9 year old loved it, 9 year old wants to de-prime and recycle the brass so he can buy some of his own ammo.

Yes, we live in Alpine. We range cleaned off the 94 near the border
