Default Annual Firearm Certification - LEO
I'm looking for a Springfield armorer or a gunsmith in the OC area that can do an annual certification. Anyone?

Perhaps, say what the Armorer or Gunsmith would be certifying.
I, for one, don't understand the question.

Do you need a LEOSA Qualification?

I don't get the question either. Why do you need an Armorer or Gunsmith?
