I'm not LEO but I'm f**Ken angry. ANOTHER officer killed & for what! I'm sick and tired of our injustice system failing us time & time again, caring more about a total waste of oxygen walking turd. I see the people of Los Angeles protest over buthole council members, PLEASE let's see the same but tenfold when it comes to these judges. I honestly don't understand CONVICTED 3RD STRIKE & DON'T GO STRAIGHT TO PRISON! WTF,WTF.

I agree with what you're saying, but a judge can't do anything to a bad guy if a prosecutor turns a blind eye and doesn't charge them in the first place. They're the first ones who should be held accountable, and they're letting these azzholes go before they ever even get to court

Well in this case the San Bernardino County District Attorney did not turn a “blind eye”. The scum suspect was prosecuted and convicted of a third strike offense. SBDA requested a no bail hold on the suspect, but the judge granted him $500,000 bail after his sentencing was continued. The suspect bailed out in March of 2022. His sentencing was contacted again in July 2022 until October of 2022 which he failed to appear at and a warrant was issued for his arrest. The murder of Deputy Cordero lies strictly on the shoulders of the suspect, the defense attorneys who requested the reduction of bail and the sentencing continuances and the judge who granted the reduction and continuances of a violent psychopath, with some aid from the California Legislature.

Enzo you're completely correct! Sadly it's a two-tiered system. There's tier number one or district attorneys and prosecutors fail to do their job, and then there's tier two where the person is already been convicted and incarcerated and some dumbass judge lets him out. Sadly this bull crap woke liberal agenda does nothing to protect the good citizens of our cities and states. It'll eventually turn to vigilantes doing the job that the elected officials don't

But hey, at least PORAC and CPOA continue to do a great job of representing us by almost exclusively endorsing Democratic candidates. Perhaps they should organize protests in front of the San Berdoo courthouse or do something tangible to make these situations better. They won’t.

Why is the name of the “supposed” Judge not able to be broadcast? She is directly responsible , in point and in fact.
Think she should retain the onus IMO. . Last edited by Maltese Falcon; 12-30-2022 at 2:12 PM.. |

Judges should be liable for the people they release. If the perp commits a crime the judge receives the same sentence....I guarantee there would be zero parole’s

RIP Dep. Cordero. We can definitely thank our awesome governor Newsom and his lackeys for their soft on crime policies. I work for CDC and it's sickening how much they keep giving these inmates or "Incarcerated persons" as the state is now referring them to. Newsome recently proudly announced free phone calls for all Inmates. "Free" to them but guess who's footing the bill? And now he's closing prisons across the state because the Inmate population is the lowest that it's been in years. Yes it is, but not because these animals aren't committing as many crimes as before, but because they aren't being prosecuted like they should be, again, thanks the administration's soft on crime policies. I can go on forever about all the bullcrap happening but I must get off my soapbox. To my brothers on the streets, I feel for you cause you will be dealing with a lot more of these animals out there on "early release." Good luck fellas

What sucks is social media and the news push an agenda, polarizing the public, then people vote, and appointments are made based upon political views. This effing state is making its own bed, becoming more toxic by the day. What is tragic, is that an LEO was killed and this should NOT have happened. It is bad enough that law enforcement usually sees the worst in society on a daily basis, being lied to, constantly… but this is beyond the pale |
