Took one of my K31s (1946) out to the desert yesterday, that far canyon face was 530 yards away. This was my first "precision" rifle, and taught me quite a bit about shooting at longer ranges. No permanent mods have been done.




I Usually have a better scope on it, like this Bushnell elite tactical 10x mildot.
I also have another non-scoped K31.

I plan on replacing the web sling on the Garand with the correct leather sling. I also plan on wording all the other rifles their proper sling.
