Hey, remember our deal... if I come up north, I shoot your guns, and I'll bring the cigars!

You don't want any of my cigars though... they're all fakes

Rock Island Armory 1911 GI, Custom OD/Gray Alumagrips, Wilson front strap, Wilson extended slide stop, Wilson universal mag well, the mag well I used a dremel to really make it funnel in, the hammer I trimmed the spur down to stop hammer bite, painted the front site, 2 piece full length guide rod, #18 spring.

Good fun shooter

S&W M66 4" stainless .357 NP3 internals and Roguard exterior by RoBar. Chamfered chambers and trigger work by Bain and Davis, San Gabriel, California.

I tricked this one for IDPA revolver class, but my dad has since liberated it from me for shop defense.

A few Glocks

Down the middle a 35, 17, 19, 39 on the right is an open 17. The upper left is the first Glock I bought, a police trade in 22 that was worn out when I got it. With some Dawson sights I used it to win a 34 (not pictured), the 17 and the 39. Love those Glock matches!

it takes just a few things:

small tripod - to steady camera
gray card - to set white balance
macro setting - for close-up work
timer - for a steady shot
no flash
photoshop - to clean up pic
patience

oh, and i took a basic photography course in college about 10 years ago.

It was done on the dining table. The lighting consisted of three 60 watt halogen bulb in a chandeler. The items were placed under the lighting to minimize shadows.
