Yeah, the only difference is that this rifle is 2" longer at 26". But same deal for $20 more.

Two more inches for just $20? I know a lot of CalGunners who would take that deal!

Not the only difference.. the bolt knob on this one is much nicer. I think this one would be the better buy... two more inches and a nicer knob for an additional $20??

Just picked one up this morning. No, it doesn't take magazines as-is (but some aftermarket stocks, like the MDT LSS will change that). Internal mag. Also, it doesn't come with an optics rail so factor that in as an additional expense, as well as a muzzle device if you so desire.

Anyone know if the barrel is fluted? Also this one says match trigger. Did the one they had for 300 bucks I thought just said 2 stage. Any difference in the trigger?

Just picked one up this morning. Not the fluted barrel. This is heavy barrel profile with threaded tip. This model has the match hact trigger. Everything felt great except the stock (hogue). Fairly heavy rifle with oversized bolt knob.

good deal, I got one of the $300 ones a month back and now I wish I held off for this one. The bolt knob alone would have made it worthwhile as new extended knob covers or smith work would certainly cost more than $20.

Another run ? They are killing it with such low priced rifles . I have a feeling they will be bringing out 6.5 creedmoor version after burning out 308s

The gentleman behind the counter asked If i had called about 10 minutes earlier...

You probably don't have to buy a whole chassis. Howa sells Ammo Boost kits that add their proprietary magazine, for cheap. My Howa came with that setup.

This seems like a good deal, but with the holidays coming up, I have to think the deals will be better soon....
