My name is Charles, and my friend Henry and I have been developing something special for the men and women out there to protect us. What is the GOLD STANDARD for law enforcement and military PT? What about if they need to wear kevlar or a plate carrier? We're developing a program that can prepare an individual for real life scenarios and strengthen one's body to withstand a full load out. Are you or do you know anyone in Law Enforcement, Military, or just into preparing for when SHTF? We see a void in the current training standard, and we just don't think it is enough! We're here to show you how to become prepared for a situation that requires you to wear heavy gear. We're here to give them something more in their training. We want to help strengthen those who are out there every day to protect us. Only here at the Fitness Factor will you get the Hard Target PT experience.

No Shortcuts. This Isn't Supposed To Be Easy. Become Hard To Kill. Become A Hard Target.

Our classes are FREE right now. We just ask that you spread the word, and bring your plate carrier setup! No mags of course!
