Default Rescue knife recommendations?

I'm in the market for a new rescue knife. Have been using a Buck Redpoint Rescue as my edc for 4 years and the pocket clip has bent open beyond my ability to remove and repair it. Always HATED Buck pocket clip designs, as they are purpose-made to a) chew up the front pocket seam on jeans, and b) great at snagging seat belts, over garments, and damn near anything else it contacts. So, no mo buck.

Here is my wishlist for features:

1. Partially serrated, pointed blade
2. Strap, cord, clothing cutter
3. Glass penetrator

1. Tip up carry
2. Assisted open (don't like thumb studs) or auto-open (I'm in TX now so auto-open is legal).
3. Positive lock (don't like liner locks).
4. Deep carry pocket clip.

Here is what I've found and am considering:

Gerber Hinderer CLS (Seems to be the front runner for features and costs)

Kershaw Funxion (Cheap, but not impressed with the carabiner gimmick).

Benchmade Triage Tactical (Yeah, I know about BM's anti-2A blunders so save the politics for another thread please). $260 is a lot, but willing to pay if that's the best fit.

So what else is out there that fits the above needs and desires?

TIA for your help.

Didn’t see the thread until now.

I’ve got on my keychain:

And in the car console/mc bags:

And I also picked up one of these for yucks:

$25 and great to fidget with while in front of the computer.

The reality for me is that if I ever need a rescue tool, it’ll probably be the resqme or the lifehammer that gets used. That means that my pocket knife doesn’t have to have rescue features.

Smith and Wesson has a cheap one a while back. Glass break tool, 1/2 serrated
