Default Bay Area marksmanship class for 5 yo?

Just wondering if any of the youth marksmanship programs go as young as 5/6 years old. Especially in the South Bay.
I bought her a B.B. gun, but the dang trigger is set at like 20lb.
Thinking I’m gonna have to teach her to shoot with my 10/22. Length of pull might be a problem though.

The only issue with a child that young is that at that age, exposure to lead can really be a very bad thing for them. Generally area ranges don't allow children to shoot until they reach 8 years old as lead is no longer a large concern after that age.

They have to be able to follow directions. Usually around 8-10. Kindergarten is too young

I agree with this. You bring full grown adults to the range for their first time and you get flagged, imagine an overexcited little one. My daughter just turned 8 last month, thinking of taking her up to the desert for some fun with the 10/22, maybe even go buy a 22lr pistol before we go
