I don’t understand why people would buy the level 3 or 3+ armor wether steel or not. The main reason why people buy is because it’s affordable. They are based in Arizona. The main reason that stopped me was that the Level 3 and 3+ isn’t NIJ Certified. The only one that they mentioned is the Level 4 Ceramic armor. This is what stopped my purchase but either then that the price is eehhh reasonable.
