No luck finding dove in the AV

I'm not having any luck this year. I have never hit my daily limit but the season as a whole I have done well. I've seen 3 so far in my spots. The first one I let fly by (I always let the first one go. Idk just something I do) and the other 2 were out of range. But it's been dead. I know the heat played a factor plus the rains push them out and let not talk about the wind. But this is my worst year ever. So far the count is a big goose egg. I may just call it quits.

My friends did well at Blythe, they all limited out for the most part. Heard its stacked though lots of people in spots.
