Default Warning RE: Standard Capacity Magazine Sales

I know some web sites are selling mags and saying they will ship but right now this is what Chuck Michel and the CRPA are saying and we're going to listen to the attorneys that are litigating this not to retail sellers.

Quote:
Today’s opinion, however, should not be read as immediately ending the ban on acquiring magazines over 10 rounds. While possession of these magazines remains legal under the injunction issued by the district court in 2017, it is unclear whether today’s decision lifts the district court’s 2019 order staying the injunction that would have halted the enforcement of the manufacture and acquisition ban. According to the terms of that order, it remains in effect “pending final resolution” of the Duncan appeal. And because the state of California may petition for an 11-judge en banc panel to rehear the case or file a petition directly to the Supreme Court of the United States, it may be months before this appeal is finally resolved. Put simply, take caution! It is unclear whether California residents may begin to purchase magazines over 10 rounds yet.

Once we get the go ahead from the attorneys we will allow the sale of standard capacity magazine but until then as much as it sucks the 10 round limit is the law and we do not want to be shut down for facilitating illegal sales.

Thanks a lot for your services. I guess those orders people are placing all over the internet will be canceled.

Thank you sir. You’ve done a hell of a lot for CA gun owners, and we appreciate you greatly for it.

...ship them to ME! I have High Cap Mag Permit. I will charge you $1 per mag per month. If this turns into Freedom Week 2, come and get your mags. If not, we can cross that bridge then! I will either turn them into 10 rounders and you come get them, OR I will send to FFL of your choice with High Cap Mag Permit at your expense, and they can block them/pin them!! I have PLENTY of space in my vault!!! PM me for details!

NOTE: I am an FFL02, with a store and very secure vault, this is NOT coming to my home. Shop is in SSF!! Look at sig!

Federal court strikes down California's ban on high-capacity magazines
"The Attorney General remains committed to using every tool possible to defend California's gun safety laws and keep our communities safe," Becerra's office said.

Still, Friday's ruling represents a meaningful win for gun rights activists for the time being. The California Rifle & Pistol Association praised the decision as "a major victory" in a statement.
"This is a huge win specifically for the right to possess these valuable self-defense tools," said Chuck Michel, president and general counsel of the organization. "But more generally, this case may present the Supreme Court with an opportunity to set things straight on the underlying issue of what the standard of review test should be when considering any Second Amendment challenge."
