Default cmmg ar15 rimfire legality ?

Hello
Is it legal to have a folding stock with a cmmg 22 lr upper ( not the conversion the actual 22 lr chambered barrel ? I understand the gun must be 26" when folded ?

Doesn't matter if it can fire when folded ?
Pistol grip with it is ok ? And detachable magazine is also ok ?

Thank you , if possible please direct me to a flow chart or a link to a thread citing the PC's involved with this. , sorry if this is a stupid question

Rimfire doesn't fall into AW laws.
26" in the shortest fireable configuration.

Theres a couple threads on here, but nothing quick search I didn't see PC codes.

CA assault weapons laws for rifles does not apply to rimfire rifles.

CA assault weapons laws for pistols does apply to semi-auto rimfire pistols.

CA assault weapons laws for semi-auto firearms that are not pistols or rifles does not apply to semi-auto rimfire firearms that are not pistols or rifles.

CA SBR laws applies to rimfire firearms.

Therefore, in order to be CA legal...

If the firearm is a rimfire rifle, then it must have a:
1. Minimum barrel length of 16". [PC 17170(a)]
2. Minimum overall length of 26". [PC 17170(b)]

If the firearm is a semi-auto rimfire pistol that has a fixed magazine, then it must have:
1. A fixed magazine capacity of 10 or less rounds. [PC 30515(a)(5)]

If the firearm is a semi-auto rimfire pistol that does not have a fixed magazine, then it must have:
1. No restricted features (threaded barrel, second handgrip, shroud, accepts magazines outside of the pistol's grip). [PC 30515(a)(4)]

If the firearm is a rimfire firearm that is not a pistol or rifle, then it must have a:
1. Minimum barrel length of 16". [PC 17170(c),(d)]
2. Minimum overall length of 26". [PC 17170(c),(d)]
