Colt 1871 second model with a square back trigger guard. Never seen one with a short barrel.
Edit: Colt 1849 Pocket. The short barrel had me curious.

Alright already.
31 Cal 5 shot Model of 1848 Baby Dragoon pocket pistol. 13K serial number range with somewhat rare loading lever and stagecoach scene rolled on the cylinder. We used to call it the Wells Fargo scene but this gun predates Wells Fargo. I even have the original bullet mold. Major difference between the 1848 and 1849 guns being the trigger guard. They are rounded on the much more common 1849's. |

Really nice little revolver, Wired.
I just posted on my Colt Pocket Model - a significantly more common find compared to yours. Please post a pic with the mold, too - love accessories.
