Just to chime in, I sent a couple frames to P&L for engraving and the turn around time was same day! Engraving looks great and they did it exactly as I described it.

Great & fast service!
I needed to get a set of handcuffs and a banker's clip engraved for a friend. P&L was able customize it with so many different fonts and show me a sample in realtime of what the finished product would look like. I was in and out in 15 minutes! Thanks!

Had 4 lowers done today. Left and right side.
Appointment at 10. Nhut was ready. Even had my artwork into the computer ready and waiting. We discussed a few things and made some changes to what I initially wanted. Found a spelling error on the reverse side. Out by 11 even with the jaw boning and quick tour around shop. Too bad he does not have a plain old metal lathe. :-( Otherwise highly recommended. Obverse side is Ariel bold. Reverse is Courier New normal. If you are an old mainframer the s/n and the reverse side should have significance to you.

Just had my frames and slide engraved by P&L. completely satisfying experience and outcome. Watching the laser go is therapeutic.
Couldn't believe I was the only appt today. GO get your text and graphics engraved, guys and gals.

Ha!! OK, I'll look into doing it myself. The first one I did I didn't realize they had jigs for it.
$16.00 for the jig..... Don't ask what I would have paid for one mid way through.

P&L Thumbs UP for CS and fast work.
I contacted P&L about doing some CNC work on a Anderson lower. Wanted to give a bland Anderson lower some visual "character" with "lighting/skeleton" cuts. I brought down a drawing of what I was interested in having done, left the lower with them and was told it would be a few days until they got back to me.
Well a few hours later I had an email with CAD photos of the work planned. Gave them the go ahead and expected nothing for a few days. Again a few hours later another email update of half the lower milled out and was told the receiver would be done by 10am the next day. So a ONE day turn around and communication at each step = OUTSTANDING!!!! Here are some basic photos of the work done before and after refinishing. I will be doing a full write up on this project soon.
