I recently had a challenging FFL transfer of an AR to California from Texas. Was directed to EBR Works in Prescott, AZ and when Mike took over...all the problems evaporated. I got my rifle in days and cannot think of anything that EBR Works could have done better. The cost, communication and ease of transaction were straight 10s across the board. No room for improvement.

Chiming in here with my EBR experience.

Like everyone else mentioned, communication from EBR was above and beyond. Mike sent a quote to me quickly about the work I needed done, and once started, he let me know what was going on at each stage. The turn around for completion was awesome too!

I had been struggling for about 6 months to get compliance work completed at another FFL. That FFL dragged their feet and ultimately didn't do any work. I expected the reason to be the ol' reliable covid delays, but they ended up saying they were too afraid to epoxy some precut mag blocks, wtf???

When Mike finally got a hold of the firearm (previous FFL also lagged on shipping out to EBR), he got the work wrapped up and the firearm outbound to my CA FFL super fast.

My DROS went flawlessly with EBR's compliance work, turning the 6 month ordeal into a complete win! I won't hesitate to use EBR's services on my next out-of-state purchase! Highly recommended!

I should have started using you guys back when you were in Newbury Park.

If anyone has any reservations about buying a firearm and or ammunition using a middleman to ship to our once great (but not so much anymore) state of California,have no fear.

As everyone else has already mentioned -great/quick communication and quick service.

And VERY reasonable pricing to boot.

I had a hankering for an MPX carbine, and Prepper Gunshop (solid shop too!)had a couple in stock.

But while they do some California compliant guns ,they had no compliance devices for this rifle. Luckily they had no problem with sending it to EBR to make gun and mag compliant before sending to my local FFL.

Sadly I lost the auction I had hoped to use EBR Works services for but their communication was excellent. Walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. Will definitely be my go to when I do finally get what I'm looking for.
