Looking for a Maadi Ak in good condition that still runs flawlessly, would like to inspect it before purchase. I’m in San Jose (Bay Area) and willing to drive up to an hr in any direction, maybe even a bit more, hopefully someone out there would like to rehome one. Thanks.

In CA you can't have a Maadi. They are named in the first assault weapons ban from 1989.

theyre banned. they?re named on the roberti-roos list if you want to google it.

Cmon people. The banned models are ARM, AK47 (the prebans) and MISR/MISTR (the postbans). The list doesn’t say anything about RPM or RML. There might be other offlist models.
