Hi , I purchased this one on Amazon, and I notice the 1-8x only lights up the Horse shoe and Chevron point. For the rest of range tree is still showing black when the illumination is on. However, the 1-6x Gen II will illuminate all the horse shoe ,100 yard mark and the rest of trees.
I tried to call the customer service and want to knowed why the 1-8x is not designed like 1-6x which can illuminate all the reticle marks, but the customer service can not answer my question. if the range tree marks still keep black, can we still quickly pick up/measure the object quickly?

1-8x is designed to illuminate only horse shoe n chevron
