Local PD can do it too. Just call ahead, Barstow requires an appointment, so I figure most do.

Most notaries and UPS stores also do it. Granted it’s a bit pricy from my experience but hey there’s another option.

I used a live scan location down the street from my home. Yes they can print on the provided cards. Google Live Scan "your city"

Montclair PD is pretty cheap. I want to say about $11 per card. Though it's been a while since I checked.

I did mine a couple of years ago for AZ at UPS store, like 70.00. I moved to NV, once I became a resident, drivers license and address, I could no longer use it. I got one for NV.

I did my own. Growing up the son of a LEO I started fingerprinting when I was about 8. Even got a fingerprinting merit badge in scouts.

I know that's not helpful, just wanted to share.

For those close enough to Thousand Oaks to make it worthwhile, I charge $25 total for two cards and always have AZ apps on hand to give out.

Thanks for the replies.
Update: Called Rancho Cucamonga police station (San Bernardino Sheriff Station) and with an appointment, they will do it for $10/card.

I did mine at 1 Stop Mail Shop in Redlands.
No appointment, just walked in, cost was about $25.

Did ours at The UPS Store. The manager at the time did them for free since we already had the cards and we are box holders.
