Official 'Bee Canyon' Clean-up site!!.

Sorry we can't join on the 5th. I am heading out there on Friday with a group of 5-10 folks from work. We will leave the site cleaner than found for sure.

Question, does anyone have a recent trail condition report? Is it accessible by folks driving a regular car? Or do I need to plan a shuttle with my Jeep? I have been there when the trail was good and also when it was 4wd only.

The Road is in Great shape .... Now as it is a Dirt Forestery road .
That being said ...

Leave the '64 Impala lowrider at home ..............

Now as far as Trash pick-up ... Outstanding !!!!!
And any trash that you gather can be dumped at Cranston Ranger station dumpsters

Once you leave the Dirt road and hit pavement ... You will first drive over old cement bridge
Then Cranston will be on Left ..

Turn in at second driveway and then turn ........Right .....
You will drive right into 2 dumpsters

If anyone asks what you are doing ,,,
Just tell them you are with " Cal-Guns "
And ALL will be well

We only have 3 People so far

We will need someone with a pick-up truck to take the Brute plastic trash cans to the dumpsters

May 5th (this Sat) 0700 or anytime after, usually runs till around 11am.
We usually reserve the first 3 or so canyons and keep them cold for clean ups.

Pick up trucks with open beds needed to transport trash to dumpster right outside of the canyon.

Well, it looks like you have two; the dog/coyote skeleton and the good Gunny Sgt. if my old eyes don't deceive me. I can't quite see the details in the face even with the new bifocals.

I wasn't aware of it, altho my ears were burning for an instant. Must have had something to do with donuts and my name coming up in the conversation. Hope to be there at the next one. Thank you everyone for volunteering your time and effort in helping Eat Dirt pull off once again a great clean up of Bee Cyn. As the Rangers have told him in the past, it's our efforts all these years that have helped kept Bee Cyn. open for all to enjoy.

what kind of time frame are we looking at? I live in the South Bay (beach citieS) and the kids' schedule may get in the way.

I post start time at 8:00
But usually most people are there before that

Just a few hours gets the Dead Done !!

Then a quick Brunch/ snack break

Then it';s free time to Plink away at your favorite targets in a Nice clean canyon
