Powder Valley just listed IMR 3031 & 4350 powder for sale. I have ordered 4 pounds of each. I will be offering what I don't need to members of this group at my cost. If you need some of either, let me know via PM. First come, first served.

11:30 update. All of the 3031 is spoken for. 3# of 4350 is still available.

Wondering if the sac reloading club is meeting and how you join. I recently began reloading on a Dillion XL 650 and would picking the brains of experienced handloaders. One of my biggest questions is where do you secure supplies?

I would like to join your group. If you accepting new members.

I think everyone is welcome with the spirit of cooperation.
Personally, in the area, I go to shooters discount Roseville, and sportsmans warehouse rocklin.
Once in a great while the Cordova shooting center has some powders and primer I'm looking for, otherwise, its the internet.

Bullet pullers go bad? Mine won't work now. I was able to get two done. When I looked at the powder in a bowl, there was some shavings from the tool.

I think part of the problem with the collets, speaking for myself, is that I have tended to try to get the bullet out with 1 or 2 whacks. If I go for 3 or 4 instead, it seems to work better.

I just used my frankford arsenal Puller on over 75 rounds of 45acp in on setting. Not one issue and powder was good to go.

Not that I have heard of.

Problem with powder is there are so many types and they are all hard to come by. I recently bought 4 lbs each of IMR 3031 & 4350. Ten minutes after i bought them, they were sold out. I kept one of each and sold the rest at cost. I was very glad to be able to move the excess. Ask five different guys what they want and you'll probably get five different powders. Not all of them are likely to come available at the same time or place.

I've done the same with primers. But you have to act fast, have the money to finance the deal and take the chance that you may get stuck with the excess.

I was there last month and they had tons of primers but very little powder and hardly any bullets. I'm going back in 2 weeks, hopefully they'll have some powder this time.

Ah, he doesn't have that money any more. He traded it for a butt load of bullets. (Sorry. Couldn't resist. )

I can tell you there are 16,000 rounds in that pile. I was impressed as well.

Its like golf. If you shoot 200 rnds a week and 2 matches a month, plus 2 three gun matches every third month = 15,200 rounds a year.

Hi my name is noplay6978 and I'm addicted ; ]

What's the time and location of the next meet? I've been reloading for a while but I'm sure I'm doing some stuff wrong so I'd like to stop by and see every one else's process.
