Default Sacramento area gunsmiths

My son recently bought a Rock Island 1911 in .38 super. He also bought a 9mm RI 1911 barrel that doesn't quite drop in.

Anyone recommend a gunsmith in the Sacramento area for 1911 barrel fitting work?

I've used these guys on several occasions and I've never been disappointed.

Had them drill and tap the receiver on a Winchester 74 and install rings and scope. They told me it was done, I drove 40minutes to pick it up - and it had not been started. They did not center the rings on the receiver limiting relief adjustment to almost nothing. Got it home and found that they'd broken the catch on the operating handle getting the bolt out (or putting it back in). When I called him on it - he pretended he didn't know anything about it - when I pressed him, (because I'd just had the bolt out before I took it to him) he said "well sometimes parts break on these old guns". Was supposed to bore site the scope-didn't do that either. I asked for my money back - he refused. I found a machine shop in WA that still made the operating handle so I was able to fix my grandfathers rifle.
