Default Purchaseing kerosene in Orange county

Hi All,
Over the weekend I was at ACE hardware looking to purchase kerosene and to my surprise found out that they cannot sell it, something about the AQMD. So I am stuck where can I purchase Kerosene in Orange county?

Have you tried Home Depot? I bought some up here last year.

It is labeled as 'Klean Strip 1-K Heater Fuel'.

HD shows an 'odorless kerosene alternative' in stock at the N. Santa Ana store.

No K-1 available in a 100 mile radius though, according to their website.

There is a fuel concern in Anaheim that used to sell it. They had racing fuel and other material of that type. Can't remember the name. How much do you need?

If you don't find something I can ask tomorrow at the gym. There's a girl I know who works at HD and her husband at Lowes.

Yeah. Homie despot and Lowes blows has it. Don't wait until the last minute tho. You walk out empty.
NOT cheap either.

I buy different fuels in bulk from a distributor for "farm & ranch" and they will drop off 55 gallon drums for me. Try looking for bulk retailers in your area. Won't hurt to ask.

There are a few Rotten Robbie stations up in Nor Cal that sell A1 kero at the pump. I donít know if Rotten Robbie are throughout Ca, but I was able to discover the stations that sell it by their website.

I have also gotten bulk kerosene from equipment rental companies.

look up bulk fuel companys. if they don't carry it in the yard they will surly bring in a drum of it for you. The pails/jugs at the retail stores are a joke at like $10 per gal.
