We sell many IWB and OWB leather holsters for the Sig 220 and Sig 226 full size pistols. The Sig 220 is an excellent pistol and we have many holster options available for IWB and OWB.
We would be more than happy to answer and questions you have.

Thank you

Default What I have used for years

I have carried a P220 for years. Big but “flat” gun.

I used a Galco Scout IWB with much luck. I have the older one where the clip goes over the belt not the newer one that goes under the belt. Just my preference. Good luck. Purchased mine new many years ago ( I am old) like 30 or so and still going strong. I bought a used one on eBay as a back up but have not had to use it yet.

I sometimes carry my p220R in a milt sparks VMII inside the waistband holster and matching 2 mag inside the waistband pouch. It is super comfy and conceals extremely well. It is semi heavy and takes some getting used to but is a great sidearm to ccw. I alternate carrying my g27 in a VMII when I want to lighten the load a bit.
