Default Just ordered 2x XL 650 Parts kits, index ring horked...

Snapped an Index Ring today, while trying to size some .223/5.56 brass.
Using one die in my dedicated .223/5.56 resizing tool-head.

Ordered from a place that had XL 650 Parts Kits in stock, and they apparently already shipped, which I was HOPING! Same as the AWESOME-rate of $43.95/ea, pre-tax.

Shipping for both kits was only like $6.95 USPS for both, and they didn't provide tracking, so I assume first class mail? I was expecting $14+ shipping for even ONE, so I am happy with the shipping charge, at aleast.

I also ordered a beefed-up 3D printed ring for like $16.95 w/ TAX/Shipping all-in from eBay. We shall see if it was a waste of ~$17.

I THINK I am about to put in my 4th one after what I am GUESSING is higher than 30,000+ rounds?

I need to call Dillon and get some spares, as I still have 2 of the broken ones for pictures, if Dillon asks.

The question is if I will get the XL 650 Choochin' before the 22nd-23th of May... the range trip.

That ring is supposed to break if something goes wrong and you force it.

That being said, I have yet to break the ring on my 650 that I bought 20 years ago and have loaded well over 100,000 rounds on, also never broken the ring on my newer 650 that I have had only 8 years. I don't understand how many of these things get broken here.

I am not sure, but I do process .223/5.56 2x, so maybe 1/3 more (maybe 40,000-53,333 cranked through this) have been cranked through the press than completely reloaded, as I do sizing and decapping exclusively in my brass-prep.

Dillon is coming though, again, and I already have tracking for replacements, even if I got some ordered on the side, as I didn't think they would ship so quickly...

I AM sure now... during reassembly... it appears THIS bad boy was my problem...

This wasn't clearing the index ring on the primer seating stroke, which I was aware of it touching, but it CLEARLY (upon disassembled inspection) was putting force on the index ring...

I put the OG Dillon index block back on, and it clears and should not break again, I assume.

Anyone know if the Amazon listing for the "Armanov Index Bearing Cam Block for Dillon Precision XL-650 XL650", or the
"Dillon XL650 Index Bearing Block" from badman bullets clear the Index Ring on the primer seat forward stroke?
