How about Tightgroup for one! DR

An El Dorado man was arrested today as he was observed by witnesses sprinkling an unknown substance in Children's Park. Witnesses observed him pouring something from a plastic bag in the grass play area that children use. Police detained the man and the initial investigation and admission from the man involved, revealed that the substance was gun powder. The El Dorado Bomb Squad was called out to handle it. The unknown man was arrested and no reason was given for why the man was trying to blow up the park.
That wouldn't happen in El Dorado County. You can legally shoot in your yard up here as long as you're not in city limits.

Go camping and toss a bit into the campfire a little at a time. Just dont pour it into a blazing fire. Good way to rid yourself of unknown primers too.

The quantity burned in any one pile should never exceed one pound. Use an ignition train of slow burning combustible material so that the person may retreat to a safe distance before powder is ignited.

WOW. the powder companies encourage disposal by placing an entire pound of powder in a 1" thick pile and lighting it via fuse. (max of course)

I've never gone that far, but from what I have done, that would be.... energetic.
