What an interesting firing mechanism, love it.
You could reverse the chrome process, if you so wished.

Saw one of those in .25 KAL a Coast Guard friend of my Father had it. He had it from just after D-day. I cleaned it up for him years ago. It was full of grim and sand. He worked at Orchard Supply Hardware. We found a magazine for it at a San Jose show for $60. Rare bird I guess. I miss that old guy and Orchard Supply too. The guy knew plumbing and had a fix for any off the wall job you had. Last time I saw him for a toilet float set he had the MANN in his pocket. LOL
