Default Side saddle and accuracy

Do you guys find that having a side saddle filled with shells affects the shotgun’s balance and therefore your accuracy?

I find it has no bearing on handling, pointing, or shooting in any way. For me it only increases the weight and adds more on hand ammo. It’s a complete win for me.

For 3 gun, no problem. I doubt I would use it on a sporting clays course.

THIS. I've used 'em on pump & semi; with a full length buttstock and pistol grip, I don't even notice it.

It should help center the balance of your SG and may actually help with your control.

Something like an extended tube may affect balance.

Shotshell side saddle... no problem, although I haven't installed any on my combat shotguns.

What I don't understand is the bandolier sling.

...unless you could "loop up" with it to keep it taut and not flopping around, pulling the muzzle off target.

Apples: the Bandoleer is just so you can have a bunch of ammo with you.

I don't think they were originally meant to be a sling.

Call me when you get ready to put a SS on your shotgun. I can steer you in the right direction, or look at some of the pics of my guns.

Velcro is your friend !

No, not in my experience. But then again, my application is tactical
