Default Mtg firearms. Elk Grove

What a cool shop. Small but they stock quality. I went in and I drosed a gen3 od green glock 17. My buddy had his night sights installed on his gen3 g17. They did a good job at a very fair price. Good bunch of guys! Prices seemed fair on just about everything I looked at. Now I get to play the 10 day wait.

I love that place! Bob and staff are great to deal with and the prices are fair indeed!

I face booked MTG and asked them for a price on a XD 9mm 5' tactical and they quoted me $529. RCGX my former go to LGS held at $579. Staff was competent Bob the owner was keen on expanding his business. Very easy transaction and I was in and out i less than 30 mins. The only negative is they would not install new sights and trigger on my XD. Ordered my sights and trigger for the XD. Anyone got a gunsmith/Armorer? I usually go to Gary T. but he's always backed up a couple of months. Decent selection of AR platforms too.

Bought my Anderson Manufacturing lower from MTG, been very happy with it and them. I actually missed the sale by a couple of days but they still honored the sale price.

I know several people that speak very highly of Bob and MTG and that's why I bought from him.

The Gun Authority in Rancho Cordova has a gun smith.
Neat store, getting off the ground. Haven't been there in a while but when I was first there, the smith, Rusty, had a really nice gun that he did. Check 'em out.

Huh? I just dropped off my night sights to bob on Monday to have him install on my gen3 od g17 I pick up tomorrow. He said no problem and didn't even charge me?!!!

He's a cool dude. I just had him mount a scope and rings to my new .308. It was dead on @100. No adjustments needed at all!

I've had several good experiences at MTG. Bob is a class act, and the only gun store owner I've ever had shake my hand and say "Thank you for your business."

Bob went out of his way to find me an obscure Savage target action and got me a great price as well. I probably drive by 10 gun stores on the way to his shop, and do so gladly.

I got the handshake and thank you also. Little **** like that goes along way with me. I come from lodi. I pass my fair share of other shops to on my way to mtg but it's worth it!

Bob and MTG are good to go, I refer everyone there willing to make the drive. It's rare to find a business who cared so much about their customers and their own reputation so much!

Thanks you all for the great feedback. We strive for excellence and it's aways great to hear how many people love how we treat them.

Thanks

Just picked up my XD 9mm tactical from MTG, and I have to say Bob is committed to building a strong customer base, hitting all the right buttons, competitive pricing, excellent customer service and decent selection. Staff is efficient and well trained. They can help the first time buyer or the collector. Bob needs a bigger shop ; ]

+1 on MTG. I bought my shield there and got the best price in town, along with availability when nobody had them. Basically what everyone else said!

I love MTG, but does anyone else not really like the big guy that works the counter? He kinda pisses me off sometimes.

This always draws a "Thank You for the great service!" from me. Bob is one of my favorite people.

MTG is gtg. Their customer service is great, prices are awesome, and Bob has a ton of knowledge about all the changing laws. Thats the only place I shop.
