Default 80% Easy Jig Gen 3

Please educate me, dont assassinate me if this question isn't allowed.

Does any one have a 80%arms easy Jig Gen3 for rent, borrow, sale?

The cost could be lowered for both people or some compensation.

Educate me please. Dont shoot the messenger. lol

Under current Federal laws/regulations...

It is legal for a person to make by a non-prohibited firearm for personal use.

This requires that person to utilize their own tools to make the firearm.

Renting or borrowing tools from a non-FFL to make a firearm is not allowed per ATF Ruling 2015-1.

If another person makes the firearm on that person's behalf or assists the person in making the firearm or if the tools are rented/borrowed, then that other person involved with the build must be a 07-FFL and the firearm must be marked with their 07-FFL info and the firearm must be transferred/delivered pursuant to all Federal and State laws.

Gotcha, This is the exact type of well informed answer I was looking for. thank you very much.

So technically one could buy the tool(s), and sell it back or to another person correct? As long as its done all by the individual themselves of course per your description of the law...?

Thank you quiet and everyone.
