Default Ruger .22 Magnum American Rimfire?

Anyone have one?
How is the accuracy?
I'm looking at getting this one.

I don’t have it in mag, but I do have it in LR. Really nice shooting rimfire, I get nice tight groups with it even using bulk ammo. I have the Ruger Precision in 22 mag, I won’t be letting either of them go absolutely keepers.

I have one in .22 Mag with the long barrel. Function and accuracy is good for the price point, stock is a piece of crap. Mine was warped so I replaced it with a walnut item from Boyds.

Only had the 22LR compact. Shot so-so when I got it. Changed trigger spring to MCarbo, and manually cleared the stock to not touch the barrel, for an actual free float setup. Dramatically improved accuracy, shoots real well with Aguila and CCI SV ammo. Gives my CZ547 varmint a run for its money.

Gave it to a buddy, and he gets chuckle out of it when it makes the CZ sweat to beat it.

Available on Gun Broker from several dealers. Since its bolt action rim fire, you don't have restrictions. Just go and buy it.

Sweet looking .22 magnum. I have an old Marlin 25 .22 magnum. Yeah the ammo is crazy expensive. It hasn’t come down yet like regular.22 has.

I did own and enjoy my HENRY .22 magnum lever gun EVIL ROY. The action was so smooth and precise, typical Henry.

I’ve been able to find it regularly between $15 and 18 a box of 50, I’m ok with that. I’m stocked pretty deep in it, but if I find it on sale I pick some up. Recently got some Winchester Dynapoint 45 gr at Sportsman’s Warehouse for $15.99 a box.

A little outside the box thinking, but if you get a CZ 457 you can swap barrel/mags and run 22LR, 22WMR and/or 17 HMR out of the same rifle.
The price on 22WMR and 17HMR is keeping me from exploring it further.

Thanks, that is true,
However, the CZ is more money and then the cost of the barrels. I have several good .22 LR'S.
And I already have about 600 rounds of .22 Mag.

I haven't had much trouble finding 22mag ammo for $13.99/50.
